Please submit whatever information you have, along with qtys required, and we will work on pricing for you. The more information you provide, the more accurate the pricing will be. Detailed PDF’s will garner a detailed quote. Napkin sketches will result in ballpark pricing being provided. (Chipotle napkins are preferred.) Engineering files are not required, but they do help the estimator to better evaluate the request.
We primarily work with CR and HRP&O CQ Steel. We also work with stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized, brass and copper. Please contact us if you have specific requirements that you would like us to review

Although we specialize in custom metal fabrication, we have some capabilities to process non-metal materials. In particular, our fulfillment division is always seeking new opportunities to work with clients that have unique opportunities to utilize our state-of-the-art facility. We can cut up to 1.125” mild steel, and up to .75” thick aluminum. Our ability to cut ignorant material, however, is extremely limited.
Yes, we do. Our dedicated logistics teams are willing and able to take care of whatever logistical requirements might arise. Small packages to exoctic destinations will need to be opened for inspection, and we ask that you keep your packages with you at all times. Please do not accept packages from strangers.
We have dedicated teams on all three shifts that work exclusively on sample requests. These orders, however, are generally being worked on with the understanding that production orders will follow, assuming that the project moves forward. We have some people that compete in 3K and 5K races, but so far no one has run a marathon.
No, we do not. We design and build tooling for in-house production, utilizing our extensive collection of stamping presses and coil lines.
Our primary platform is solidworks, however we can take files in multiple formats, and convert them to SW.
No, we cannot produce extrusions. We can, however, partner with extruders in the Midwest to meet your fabrication requirements.
