At Sureway Tool, quality control is more than a department, it is a way of life – something the entire staff pays close attention to on a daily basis.

However, the department also relies on a proven structure to guarantee quality. Beginning with the Quality Control Manager, documents are prepared for the plant and for use by inspectors. An assistant is also on staff to generate paperwork and to collect and tabulate data. Inspectors, who are also integral to the quality control staff, provide hands-on assessments as well. Lastly, each individual operator pays attention to quality control and is empowered to take action as needed.

There are procedures in place to maintain the integrity of our products from the beginning of a project to the end. This assures that quality is job one at Sureway. This also includes weekly quality control meetings (add photo) where we continue to work toward improving our overall performance.
