Then look no further! From simple cutoff dies to complex progressive tools, we will design, build and produce your parts in-house. With two full-time toolmakers on staff, we build new tools and maintain the old ones. We machine parts and assist the plant in keeping everything humming. We also support the engineers and development group in making samples and providing production solutions.

Starting with our pressroom, stamping presses range from 30-300 tons. Our largest press has a bed size of 48” x 84”, easily accommodating any die that you may need. With eight presses in total, your job will move through the plant smoothly. Our largest coil line is 24” x 0.188” and is mated to the 300 ton machine with a servo feed for precise part repeatability. We also have several compact coil lines which can process materials up to 12” x 0.078”.
